Tips for Shopify® Customers
Shopify® Store Admins that install the Share A Refund App can access all features within the Shopify® Admin Dashboard via the Share A Refund icon on the left sidebar.
The features built into Share A Refund are available to Shopify® customers via the App Store. The intent of this article is to cover basic common questions and issues that Shopify® Store Owners might encounter. More details on the integration.
Logging into Share A Refund from Shopify®
For Shopify® Stores that installed the Share A Refund app, accessing the Share A Refund App is only possible through your Shopify® Admin panel. The left sidebar includes menu items for common destinations within the Share A Refund App. Choose from the selections within to be directed to your Share A Refund customer dashboard.
Customers that no longer have admin access to the Shopify® Store should contact Share A Refund customer service for assistance in setting up a direct login account.
