All account credits are viewable within the Settings Page of the customer dashboard. You can see the credits debited and credited based on adjustments or otherwise. The intent of this article is to direct you on where to view the credits.
Directions to view account credits
- Log in to admin account.
- Navigate to left sidebar and tap on Users.
- Locate the customer in the window.
- Tap Login as User button.
- Once impersonating the customer, move to the left sidebar and tap Settings.
- Navigate to the credit card.
- View credits within.
